Mike Hohl is an Adult Community and Seniors Real Estate Specialist in Surprise, Arizona with 30+ years of industry experience helping clients across the Western US. Mike's intention is to make every real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing you with all the tools, resources, and support you need along the way.

A Vietnam Era Veteran as well as a former USAF and Civilian Flight Instructor, three-time company CEO and small business owner, Mike's diverse professional background and local expertise are key to his success supporting clients as they embark on the important journey to buy or sell a home. His specialties include relocation (he's worked on 15 personal moves across 8 states) and contract negotiation among others. Mike is the kind of negotiator you want on your side; he's worked on Fortune 100 contract negotiations and earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

Outside of helping his clients, Mike is passionate about serving his community - most notably through his church and his Rotary Club. Mike loves spending time with his "super wife," Cindy, his children, and six grandchildren. Having been raised on a farm in North Dakota, he loves the outdoors and in his free time is most likely to be found biking, hiking, golfing or relaxing by the pool.
